Cloudigo products: cloud resources and model APIs
Cloudigo products fall into two groups: cloud resource management and model API services. Cloud resource management covers procuring and managing AWS and Alibaba Cloud resources. Model API services let you call available models with one Cloudigo API key. Use both under one Cloudigo account, or only one of them.
1. Cloud resource management
Buy AWS and Alibaba Cloud resources and manage them in one place. More providers are being added.
Public cloud resources
Order compute, storage and databases online and pay for actual provider usage. AWS resources also include intelligent operations for alert noise reduction, root-cause analysis and on-call handover.
Multi-cloud platform
The multi-cloud platform is free to use. See resource status, spend and bills provisioned through Cloudigo, and assign menu permissions to members by role.
2. Model API services
Call available OpenAI, Claude and other models through one gateway, manage keys and review call cost.
Model gateway
One entry point for model calls at https://cloudigo.ai/api/v1. Supports Chat Completions, messages and Responses; configure requests as described on each model detail page.
Model marketplace
The marketplace lists available models and supports search by type and name. Each detail page shows context length, billing items, unit price and calling methods.

Token usage
Token Usage shows call records and cost by model or API key, updated in real time. Review full history and export CSV.

4. Frequently asked
Can I use only one of the two services?
Yes. Cloud resources and model APIs are provisioned and billed separately. Using only model APIs does not require a provider account, and using only cloud resources does not require an API key.
How are cloud resources and model APIs billed?
Cloud resources are billed by actual provider usage. Model APIs need no subscription: billing follows actual token usage and each model’s rules; items and unit prices are on the marketplace and model detail pages. A Cloudigo account is free, provider accounts have no setup fee or monthly charge, and the multi-cloud platform and AI assistant are free. API key management and Token Usage come with model API access at no extra charge.
Can cloud and model balances be shared?
No. Each provider account has its own cloud account, and model calls use a separate LLM account. The two balances are independent and cannot be used for each other.
Do I need provider API keys to call models?
No. A Cloudigo API key lets you call any model available on the platform; no provider keys are needed.
