Buy cloud online: AWS and Alibaba Cloud compute and databases
Cloudigo public cloud provides AWS and Alibaba Cloud compute, storage and databases, with more providers being added. After topping up and allocating funds, create a provider account, choose a region and spec, and order. Pricing is more favorable than provider list prices, with procurement discounts. Resources are billed by actual provider usage; crypto payment is supported.
1. Multi-cloud procurement and management
When a business uses several providers, registration, payment and provisioning usually happen separately. For cross-border teams, limited payment options add friction. After provisioning, status, spend and bills sit in different consoles, so checking them means switching between platforms.
With Cloudigo you can buy AWS and Alibaba Cloud resources in one place and see status, spend and bills together after provisioning.
2. Choose and launch
Sign up and top up
Create a Cloudigo account for free. After topping up, allocate funds to the cloud account you will use. Payment methods and fees are described in “Top-up and fund allocation” below.
Create a provider account
Choose AWS or Alibaba Cloud and create a provider account in Cloudigo. Each provider account maps to its own cloud account, and cloud charges are deducted from it. When creating an account or launching a featured plan, Cloudigo checks whether the balance meets the requirement. If not, add funds, allocate them and submit again.
Choose region and configuration
Pick a region based on deployment location and access needs, then review available configurations there, including CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth and prices. Regions and resource types differ by provider. If standard specs do not fit, contact us with your requirements.
Place the order
Confirm the provider account, region and configuration, then submit. Cloudigo sends the provisioning request to the provider immediately; actual launch time depends on the provider.
After launch
Provisioned resources appear in the multi-cloud platform resource list, where you can review status, usage, spend and bills for everything created through Cloudigo. Status is queried when the page opens; spend updates daily and bills update after the provider issues them. With a Cloudigo provider account you can also ask the AI assistant about resources and bills.
3. Featured plans
Some featured plans show an estimated monthly spend. This is not a fixed subscription fee; actual cost still depends on resource usage. Launching freezes an amount equal to seven days of the estimated cost, which occupies the available balance of the cloud account. Once the available balance is used up, the frozen amount covers subsequent charges. Featured plans carry no setup fee, monthly fee or per-use service fee.
4. Intelligent operations for AWS resources
Alert governance and intelligent operations
Aggregates alerts from monitoring, logs and tracing, then deduplicates, reduces noise and groups them to improve alert quality and prioritisation. Root-cause analysis combines alerts with resource state to suggest likely causes and next steps, cutting fault-location time by up to 60%. On-call reports summarise incidents, actions taken and open issues in a shift.
Results and recommendations are pushed to you. Any action on cloud resources runs only after you confirm it.
Requirements and billing
Intelligent operations work with AWS provider accounts created through Cloudigo. Alerts come from AWS CloudWatch, with no extra setup on the AWS side.
It is used like a cloud resource and billed by actual usage. The cost is included in cloud resource charges; no separate purchase is needed.
You can set a budget cap. Once reached, intelligent operations stop and no further charges are generated; existing cloud resources are unaffected.
5. Top-up and fund allocation
Unallocated account and fund allocation
Paid Cloudigo services are prepaid. After topping up, funds go to the unallocated account and are then allocated to the cloud account or LLM account you will use.
Each provider account has its own cloud account, and model calls use a separate LLM account. Cloud charges come from the cloud account and model charges from the LLM account; the two balances are independent. When a balance is low, Cloudigo notifies you through the social channels you configured, email and in-app messages.
Payment methods and fees
Crypto payment is supported, with a minimum single top-up of USD 100. Fees are charged per top-up: USD 3 for USD 1,000 or less, USD 5 above USD 1,000.
Top-ups are non-refundable.

6. Frequently asked
Will running resources stop when the cloud account balance runs out?
Cloudigo does not stop running resources on its own and cannot close your provider account. However, when the balance is used up or is insufficient for upcoming charges, Cloudigo cannot keep paying the provider; whether resources keep running depends on the provider’s rules. Top up promptly after a balance reminder to avoid disruption. Creating a provider account or launching a featured plan still requires meeting the balance requirement.
I still have balance — why can’t I launch?
When creating a provider account or launching a featured plan, Cloudigo checks whether the account balance meets the requirement. If not, add funds, allocate them and submit again.
Can I change a wrong fund allocation?
Funds allocated to a cloud account or LLM account cannot be moved in the console. Contact us and Cloudigo will help.
Which cloud accounts can Cloudigo manage?
Provider accounts created through the platform, and resources provisioned through the platform. Existing AWS or Alibaba Cloud accounts cannot be connected directly; create a new provider account in Cloudigo and launch the resources you need.
Can I log in to the provider console myself?
Yes. Provider accounts and resources created through Cloudigo belong to you, and you can operate them in the provider console. You can also ask the Cloudigo AI assistant about resources and bills.
